About Kevin Balicki

I am an eager, friendly, business minded professional with a tendency to quickly develop a positive rapport with people that I meet. I am married and have two wonderful children who I enjoy spending time with. I have lived in Sherwood Park since 2001 and love the area. I am a sports fan who enjoys golfing, traveling, networking and socializing at local events. I am always interested in finding out about great destinations to visit, finding new places to eat, and discovering unique experiences around the Edmonton area and around the globe. 

 

Prior to entering the real estate industry, I worked in the wholesale building materials industry. My career began as an entry level warehouse worker and I quickly gravitated into a sales role, relishing the ability to serve customer needs while earning profits and a positive reputation for myself and my employer. I cherished the ever-changing days and being rewarded by solving problems, satisfying supply chain needs, and exceeding client expectations. This built the framework for how I conduct myself today. Subsequent to my sales roles, I was recruited into a management role for a company that our team grew into the largest distribution center in our market. My work experience in the industry culminated in an executive capacity as Vice President, responsible for the daily sales and operations across Western Canada. 

 

Over my tenure, I developed strong relationships and a well-respected, trusted reputation. I also volunteered for several years with our local Chapter’s industry association, serving as President during that time. My expertise with interior decorative materials can complement your residential property objectives or questions by advising you with extensive knowledge about the quality of both materials and workmanship.
